Simoviet gun maker that started making cars for the people with the PA8. Known for their minimal two-stroke engines and light body shells, Smoogo was a small player in the motor industry.

After a failed joint venture with Heaveola -that created the awful Smoogo HMC "Azam"-, Smoogo created the 720, one of the most popular cars of its time.

In 1999, new management took over the company, replacing the 720 by the Smoogo Minima, a horribly built car that caused Smoogo great loses of money.

After 2009, the manufacturer was reborn with a new range in vintage styling
