The Artemis 101 was a mid-size hatchback made by east serman automaker VEB SNA from 1977 to 1980.
After the Elektra and the Minerva were discontinued, SNA was planning to make a mid-size model,
because the Meridiana was bigger then the old two models that were discontinued in 1976, so East Serman engineers began
to develop a car that was planned to be cheap, reliable and robust, with a totally new engine.
The result was the new "Artemis 101" showed at 1977 TSA. Exactly one month after the introduction,
the Artemis was immediately considered an "istant classic" of the automotive in PRS, plus, it was (and still is) the only car
made in a simmunist country that featured a boxer engine, the famous SNA-BM2, that made the Artemis (together with the Meridiana) a good rally car.
It was the only SNA that didn't featured the particular "frameless" family feeling of the other models.
It was discontinued in 1980, when Cermeydes chose to close the main plant of VEB SNA in Azam, together with its entire lineup.
